1. About These Terms

2. Eligibility

3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately, including dimensions, materials and finishes. Because our furniture is made from natural wood, each piece may vary slightly in colour, grain, knots and distressing. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once we have received full payment.
7. Your Right to Cancel and Returns

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
