Whether you want to furnish a whole dining room, add a dresser to a bedroom or find the right sofa table for a hallway, we’re here to help. We make every step clear, from choosing a piece to delivery and aftercare.

Furniture Selection
A good room starts with the right piece. Our dining sets, dressers, nightstands and sofa and console tables each come with clear dimensions, materials and finishes, so you can check size and style before you order. If you’re unsure whether a piece will fit your space, contact us and we’ll help you choose.
Showroom Visits
See our furniture in person at our Bristol showroom. You can look at the wood grain, the distressed finishes and the sizes for yourself. Please contact us before you visit, so we can confirm which pieces are on display.
UK Delivery
We deliver across the UK with Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx, chosen by the size and weight of your order. Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 5–6 business days after that, with tracking emailed once your order ships. Delivery is free on orders over £50. Larger items usually need a signature, so please make sure someone is available.
Assembly Guidance
Some pieces need assembly. Each product page says whether assembly is needed, and instructions are included with your order.
Returns & Aftercare
If a piece isn’t right, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us ideally within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair or full refund. For everyday care, dust with a soft, dry cloth, wipe spills quickly, use coasters and placemats, and keep wood out of prolonged direct sunlight.
