Delivery

We offer delivery services for the majority of our products to various locations across UK Mainland.  If you reside in a remote area outside of UK mainland, kindly reach out to us before placing an order to discuss pricing details. Smaller items are dispatched through reliable courier networks, with tracking options available. For larger items, we work with our trusted 2-person delivery partner. Once your order is confirmed, we will promptly contact you to coordinate the specific arrangements. Collection is available from our workshop in Fishponds, Bristol, BS16 and we offer a discount as no shipping costs are accrued. Please select pick up as your delivery option. 

Lead Times

Smaller items have a lead time of approximately 2 weeks. Larger items generally have a lead time of 3-4 weeks, you will be notified shortly after placing your order. Please note that during busy periods production times may vary.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it within 14 days. Items will need to be returned in their original condition and packaged well to prevent damage in transit. The customer is responsible for any return costs and the parcel must have tracking details.

Please note that any custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty. In the event of a faulty or damaged item, we will be responsible for the return costs. It is important to return any faulty items in their original condition, as any attempts to repair or alter the item will void the warranty and prevent us from accepting returns or exchanges.

Agreed refunds and exchanges will be processed promptly, typically within a maximum of 30 days.
